– Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00 (applies to studios and rental caravans).

– Check-in for caravans (privately owned), campers, and tents is required between 11:00 and 21:00 on the scheduled arrival day.

– In case of arrival for check-in after 23:00, the guest must have previously arranged this with the campsite reception.

– Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00 (applies to all guests). Departure after 11:00 and up to 18:00 is charged at 50% of the daily rate. Departure after 18:00 is charged at 100% of the daily rate.

– For every reservation at Scala Village Camping – rental accommodations (studios & stationary caravans) and camping pitches – a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required.

– For every reservation at Scala Village Camping – rental accommodations (studios & stationary caravans) and camping pitches – a minimum stay of 3 nights is required, except for the period 15/7 to 23/8.

– For every reservation at Scala Village Camping – rental accommodations (studios & stationary caravans) and camping pitches – during the period 15/7 to 23/8, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

– For permanent caravan pitch reservations, a 40% deposit of the total booking amount is required in April, 30% must be paid in May, and the remaining 30% in June, to the company’s bank account. The tenant must include their full name and pitch number in the transfer or deposit reference. Transactions over €500 (including VAT) are processed exclusively via bank transfer.

Upon arrival, the guest presents their ID at reception, their booking details are verified, and the remaining balance of the stay is paid.
