– Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 (applies to studios and rental caravans).

– Check-in for privately owned caravans, motorhomes, and tents is mandatory between 11:00 and 21:00 on the scheduled arrival date.

– In case of arrival after 23:00, the guest must inform and arrange in advance with the campsite reception.

– Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00 (applies to all). Departure after 11:00 and until 18:00 is charged at 50% of the daily rate. Departure after 18:00 is charged at 100% of the daily rate.

– For a valid reservation of tents or accommodations, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required via bank transfer to the company’s account.
Minimum stay:
• Tents: 3 days
• Accommodations: 3 days

Upon arrival, the guest must present their ID at reception, where reservation details will be verified, and the remaining balance must be paid.

– For permanent caravan pitch reservations, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required in April, 30% must be paid in May, and the remaining 30% in June, via bank transfer.
The tenant must include their full name and pitch number in the payment reference.
Transactions over €500 (including VAT) must be carried out exclusively via bank transfer.

– For accommodation reservations (studios: Oikia, Kallia, Estia & Estia Superior), a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Minimum stay:
• 3 nights (general period)
• 7 nights for stays between 15/7 and 23/8
