At Scala Village, we believe that a pleasant stay for everyone is built on mutual respect and understanding.
The following rules* are not just obligations — they are the foundation of harmonious coexistence for all who choose to spend their holidays with us.
All tenants are required to follow and respect the camping regulations.
Please read them carefully, as by entering the premises you accept and are bound by their content.

1.1 – Upon arrival of permanent tenants (season opening), only members of the same family are registered for accommodation.
1.2 – Replacement of registered members during the season is not permitted.
1.3 – Hosting or overnight stays of third parties in accommodations or camping pitches are strictly prohibited, except for officially declared tenants and persons registered upon arrival. Any other person entering the site is considered a visitor and is charged the applicable visitor fee.
1.4 – In case of undeclared persons, management reserves the right to remove them and impose a €200 fine.
1.5 – Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or provide a signed authorization form.
2.1 – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all types of accommodation for hygiene and safety reasons.
2.2 – Bachelor parties or similar events are not allowed.
2.3 – Moving equipment (tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) from its designated position is prohibited.
2.4 – Accommodation towels are strictly for indoor use and must not be taken to the beach.
3.1 – Tenants do not have the right to the same pitch every season.
3.2 – Any construction on the pitch (pergola, shading structure) must be reported to reception/management.
3.3 – Use of adjacent or other camping spaces is prohibited. At the end of the season, tenants must remove their caravan.
3.4 – Leaving a caravan on-site after the season ends incurs a €250 charge.
4.1 – Quiet hours: 15:00–17:30 and 23:30–08:00.
4.2 – During these hours, unnecessary movement of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles) is prohibited (except with prior arrangement for arrivals/unloading).
4.3 – Music is allowed only at a non-disturbing volume and never during quiet hours.
5.1 – Tenants must keep communal areas clean and respect the environment.
5.2 – Waste must be placed in properly sealed bags inside designated bins.
5.3 – Washing cars is strictly prohibited.
5.4 – Washing dishes and clothes is allowed only in shared kitchen areas.
5.5 – Disposal of water or liquids into plants or trees is strictly prohibited due to harmful chemicals (detergents, soaps, etc.).
5.6 – All liquid waste must be disposed of only in designated drainage points.
6.1 – Electricity
6.1.1 – Permanent pitches include up to 300 kWh per season. Excess usage is charged separately.
6.1.2 – Interference with utility systems is strictly prohibited.
6.1.3 – All devices must be disconnected during absence.
6.1.4 – The company is not responsible for fire or damage caused by devices. A fire extinguisher is recommended.
6.2 – Barbecue
6.2.1 – Charcoal grilling is prohibited inside accommodations and caravans.
6.2.2 – Charcoal grilling is only allowed only in designated BBQ areas with Fire Service permission.
6.2.3 – Compliance with fire regulations is mandatory (Fire Regulation 9/2024).
6.2.4 – Gas grills may be allowed upon arrangement with reception.
6.2.5 – In Oikia, Kallia, Estia & Estia Superior studios, only the provided electric oven may be used.
6.3 – Shared Toilets & Showers
6.3.1 – Cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility.
6.3.2 – No paper or foreign objects in toilets.
6.3.3 – Water use must be responsible.
6.3.4 – Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the sanitary facilities.
6.3.5 – Sinks are intended exclusively for personal hygiene – washing dishes or clothes in them is strictly prohibited.
6.4 – Sports Facilities
6.4.1 – The use of the sports courts is permitted only outside quiet hours.
6.4.2 – Appropriate sports equipment is required, along with respect for other players.
6.4.3 – Use by minors is allowed only under continuous adult supervision.
6.4.4 – The company bears no responsibility for injuries occurring during sports activities.
6.5 – Playground
6.5.1 – The playground may be used by children of specific ages, according to the equipment specifications.
6.5.2 – The presence and supervision of a guardian is mandatory throughout the children’s stay in the area.
7.1 – Vehicles are parked in designated parking areas after prior arrangement.
7.2 – Entry inside the campsite is allowed only for loading/unloading (luggage, food supplies).
7.3 – The speed limit within the campsite is strictly 5 km/h.
7.4 – Washing any type of vehicle (cars, motorcycles, boats) inside the campsite is strictly prohibited.
7.5 – Charging electric vehicles from the campsite power supply is strictly prohibited, as the installations are not designed for such use and may cause safety issues or network damage. For clarifications, please contact reception.
8.1 – The company is not responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings within the rental areas, nor for vehicles in parking areas.
8.2 – The company is not responsible for damage caused by natural phenomena, fire, insects, or animals.
8.3 – Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
8.4 – Any damage caused by tenants or visitors to the facilities or equipment of the site is entirely their responsibility.
8.5 – In case of serious violation of the rules, management reserves the right to request the departure of the tenant, their family, and visitors, in accordance with the terms of stay. The right to refuse future entry to previously removed individuals is also reserved.
9.1 – The accommodation of pets is welcome, provided full compliance with the regulations, continuous supervision by their owners, and respect for other campers and the environment.
9.2 – For reasons of comfort and safety, only common pets (dogs and cats) are allowed at our campsite.
9.3 – Each pet must be declared during the booking process, stating its type, breed, and weight.
9.4 – During their stay, tenants must carry the animal’s health booklet as proof that it is microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed.
9.5 – The owner is solely responsible for their pet and any damage it may cause.
9.6 – The pet must remain under full control at all times and within the rental area.
9.7 – Pets must always be kept on a leash in shared areas.
9.8 – Pets are not allowed on the beach or in the mini market.
9.9 – In case of repeated complaints due to disturbance of other guests, the owner is obliged to remove the pet from the campsite. In case of early departure, any amounts paid are forfeited and the remaining stay must still be paid.
9.10 – Respect towards other guests is essential, especially towards individuals with allergies or animal phobias.
10.1 – Permanent placement or reservation of any beach area using umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs, or other beach equipment is strictly prohibited.
10.2 – Beach tents and umbrellas are allowed up to 2 meters in length/diameter. Camping staff has the right to remove them after 21:00.
10.3 – Staying on the beach after 00:00 is not allowed, in order to prevent noise disturbance.
10.4 – Accommodation towels are strictly for indoor use and must not be taken to the beach.
10.5 – Pets are not allowed on the beach.
