RULES FOR CARAVANS - ACCOMMODATIONS

– Upon arrival, only members of the same family can be declared for accommodation, and replacements are not allowed. All others are considered visitors and will be charged according to the visitor rates set by the camping site. If any undeclared persons are found on the premises, the camping management reserves the right to remove them and impose a fine of 200€.

– Hosting and overnight stays for third parties in accommodations are not allowed, except for the tenants and those declared upon arrival.

– Tenants are required to adhere to and respect the camping regulations.

– Tenants must keep common areas clean and respect the environment.

– Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 00:00 to 08:00. Bicycles are not allowed during quiet hours.

– Any musical activities are allowed only if the volume does not disturb other tenants, including during quiet hours.

– Bachelor or similar parties are not permitted in caravans or accommodations. – Relocation of camping equipment (tables, chairs, umbrellas, bins, etc.) is prohibited.

– Barbecuing with charcoal grills or similar devices is not allowed in caravans or accommodations.

– Grilling is only allowed at the communal camping grills with a special permit from the Fire Department, considering weather and other conditions.

– Upon arrangement and notification of the reception, other grilling devices may be used.

– The company is not responsible for theft or damage to personal belongings within the rental areas or vehicles in the camping parking areas. Tenants are responsible for securing their belongings.

– The company is not liable for damages from natural weather phenomena, fires, or force majeure events.

– The company is not responsible for accidents involving insects, animals, or plants.

– For permanent caravan positions, the owner must inform the reception/management of any construction they wish to install (pergolas, awnings, etc.). Occupying space outside the designated area is not allowed. Adjacent camping areas must not be used for any reason.

– If a tenant does not comply with the camping regulations, management has the right to immediately remove the tenant, their family, and visitors, as well as any of their property. All payments made will be forfeited, and further compensation may be sought.

– We love pets. Tenants must have their pet’s health booklet to prove they are microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. The pet owner is solely responsible for their pet and any damage it may cause. Pets must be under the owner’s control at all times, confined to the rented space, and any mess in common areas must be cleaned. If complaints about a pet persist, the owner must remove the pet from the camping site. If early departure is chosen, all payments made will be forfeited, and the remaining stay will still be owed. Pets are not allowed in the mini market or on the beach without a leash.

– Car washing is prohibited.

– Dish and clothes washing in permanent positions is only allowed in communal kitchens. Outdoor faucets can be used for water (not drinking), but washing dishes, clothes, or cars is prohibited. Keep all areas clean. Trash must be disposed of in bins and sealed in bags.

– Interference with network installations (electricity, water, irrigation, etc.) is prohibited.

– Tenants must disconnect electrical devices when absent from the rental area. The company is not responsible for fires or any damage related to these devices. It is recommended to have a personal fire extinguisher.

– Tenants do not have the right to stay in the same position every season.

– Electricity use up to 300 kW is included in the price for permanent positions. If exceeded, the tenant must pay the difference upon departure.

– Accommodation towels are for internal use only and should not be used on the beach.

– At the end of the season, permanent tenants must dismantle their awnings. If they wish to leave their caravan on-site, a parking fee of 150.00€ + VAT applies. The company is not responsible for theft or damage.

– Tenants and their visitors are responsible for any damage to facilities or equipment.

– The camping site reserves the right to deny entry and accommodation to individuals previously removed for rule violations.

VEHICLE RULES

– Tenants’ vehicles are parked in designated areas after coordination with reception.

– Vehicles are allowed in common areas only for tenant supply purposes (luggage, food, etc.).

– The speed limit in common areas is 5 km/h, and vehicle use is not allowed during quiet hours.

COMMON AREA RULES

– The company has the right to terminate and remove a tenant’s stay in case of rule violations.

– Permanent placement and occupation of beach areas with umbrellas, loungers, chairs, and other items are strictly prohibited.

– Beach tents/umbrellas must not exceed a length/diameter of 2 meters. Camping staff has the right to remove them after 21:00.

– Beach presence is not allowed during night hours (after 00:00) to avoid noise disturbances.

– Visitors over 18 are allowed, and those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or authorized person.
